The truck comfortably fits up to 10 children at a time.
We have four PlayStation 5 consoles, one VR headset and one Nintendo Switch. So, in all, 10 children can play simultaneously.
No! We have a selection of games for all ages. Just let us know if you have any favourites.
If your building complex has space, we request you to take permission from the society office to allow us to park inside. If not, we will find a parking spot near your venue.
No, the truck will be parked at a designated spot near your venue and remain stationary till the session is over.
We use a 16 AMP power socket to power the equipment. However, if this is not available, we can use our generator which comes along with the truck.
As early as possible! We can take bookings for up to 6 months in advance. Weekends tend to be busy so booking in advance can secure your preferred date and time. A booking is confirmed after full payment is received.
Food and drinks are not permitted inside the truck. Parents usually provide food before or after the gaming session. We provide mineral water bottles for players at no additional charge.
The truck is about 22 feet long, 6 feet wide and 8.5 feet high.
No, a parent does not need to be present. Our team will take care of everything from set up to wrap up and everything in between.
On the day, The Gaming Truck will arrive at your venue 20-30 minutes prior to your booking time. Our attendant will setup the equipment so that the players are ready to begin at the agreed time.
We work 10 am to 9 pm on all days.
No worries! Our gaming truck is fully enclosed and climate-controlled, so the fun doesn’t stop.
We do not permit younger siblings in the truck for two reasons: the age-appropriateness of the games being played and the amount of space available.
Once booked, we do not offer refunds. However, in case you want to change the booking date, we would be happy to do so for any day the truck is available in the 3 months following your original date of booking.
