By booking or participating in an event with The Gaming Truck, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or using our services.

  1. Booking & Payment
  • A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the full agreed booking fee and a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
  • The booking fee is non-refundable and is required to secure your date and time slot.
  • Payments can be made via UPI or bank transfer.

 

  1. Cancellation & Rescheduling
  • No refunds will be provided once a booking is confirmed.
  • Date changes made at least 7 days prior to the event may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
  • Date changes requested within 7 days of the event will incur a rescheduling fee of Rs. 5,000.
  • In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, vehicle breakdown or any other disruption beyond our control), we will attempt to reschedule the event at the next available date and time.

 

  1. Event Guidelines
  • Our team will arrive 15–30 minutes prior to your scheduled time for setup.
  • If your building complex has space for the Truck to park, permission must be arranged in advance by you (dimensions will be communicated during booking).
  • If your building complex has power supply that the Truck can use, permission for that will also need to be arranged beforehand.
  • If your building does not have space to park, we will mutually agree on a parking spot close by where the Truck can operate.
  • Food and drinks are not permitted inside the gaming truck to protect the equipment.

 

  1. Safety & Conduct
  • Participants must follow the safety instructions provided by our staff.
  • Any damage caused to the gaming equipment due to misuse or negligence will be charged to the customer.
  • We reserve the right to end the event early without refund if guests behave in a disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe manner.

 

  1. Use of Photos & Media
  • We may take photos or videos during your event for promotional purposes.
  • We will always ask for consent before using identifiable images of guests or children in any marketing material.

 

  1. Liability
  • The Gaming Truck and its staff are not liable for injuries or damages that occur due to misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.
  • We are not responsible for any delays or service disruptions caused by events beyond our control (e.g., inordinate traffic, weather, technical issues).

 

  1. Privacy
  • All personal data collected for booking or event communication will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties.

 

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai.
